Online & Studio Group Classes

Online Small Group classes save you time & costs of travel. You will receive tuition and attention to the way you move and will improve with weekly sessions – home or away you will be able to enjoy your weekly workout.
Studio – Very small studio group classes just 4 allow plenty of space within the studio and enable mixed abilities to work together with the instructor. This will ensure safe environment and allow individual adaptations for each client.
